An appointed time for us to meet, converse, ask questions and assess hair in order to determine the best fit & set actual hair appointment.
Cancellation Policy
PLEASE NOTE: There is a 15 min grace period extended. Please communicate your tardiness. Should no communication or arrival be made within the grace period, your appointment is canceled & a new deposit will be required to book a new appointment! Book accordingly, you will be serviced on what you booked. No extra guests. A NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT is due at the time of booking to secure your appointment. - (the deposit goes towards your service. - your remaining balance is due in cash if possible) Deposits can be transferred up to two times & are good for 45 days.
